29 August - 5 September | Viet Tai Chi Il Viet Tai Chi is a complete gym that draws its techniques from the ancient Eastern practices of good health. It is so rich in its techniques to be appropriate for different needs. Viet Tai Chi suits each student needs: soft exercise or intensive training, meditation in motion or free exercises. There are no age or physical condition restrictions; there is no contraindication. The techniques, through the proper breath control, the proper movement and internal energy bring everybody to its natural balance, promote coordination, increase physical endurance, facilitate the metabolic activities as sleep and digestion, reduce stress and anxiety and help you get into a good mood, assist the recovery post-traumatic and rheumatic diseases such as fibromyalgia.
