Summer School of 19th Century Dance and Scottish Country Dance
in the Summer residence of the Società di Danza,
Villa Massimo, Gulf of Patti, Sicily

A week of dance and vacation sharing the study of our dances,
nature, the sea, food, conviviality
Members will be able to choose one or more between the three weeks of stage:
20-27 July 2024

A week of school with five dance lessons from 17.00 to 20.00

Waltz, Quadrille, Scottisch Country Dance, Mazurka, Polka, March
Study of 19th century social dance of European tradition: technique, style and repertoire
Mornings at the sea of the Gulf of Patti, cultural tourism or walks on the Nebrodi

Arrivals and departures on Saturday

A place to meet, Dance and Holidays for members, relatives and friends of the Società of Dance:
A three-story villa with two large terraces overlooking the sea of the Aeolian Islands,
set in its own 10,000 mq garden with olive trees, citrus trees, oaks, myrtles, laurels and pines.
A large open-air dance hall covered with wooden floor.
A covered terrace overlooking the sea for breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
The sea is just 10 minutes drive from the Villa.
