A week of sea and holiday
and events of 19th century dance and Scottish dance

Dance and Hoiday in Salento is a week dedicated to the sea, inland excursions and events of the nineteenth century and Scottish dance in squares, gardens, and castles.

We stay at the 'Complesso Turistico Alberghiero Delle Rose' in Torre Vado - Morciano di Leuca (Lecce).
A holiday lived in the most genuine spirit that has always inspired the Società di Danza and its cultural offerings.
First person relive the moments of dance and accompany with a taste for the slow, good food, fine art and landscapes.

In addition to some holiday activities, will take place in the same structure rehearsal of scheduled events.
You can use a convention and decided to have lunch or dinner at the restaurant inside the Complesso.

Sea excursions in the area, guided tours to the cities of art,
horseback riding and events and nineteenth-century dance and Scottish country dance.

Some highlights:

Tuesday 27 August Scottish Party at Le Costantine di Casamassella with live music and Scottish food. The evening for the associated concludes with a Scottish dinner in appropriate apposite space. Dance program Festival Interceltique, A Reel for Jeannie, Flowers of Edinburgh, Nice to see you, Rabbie's Reel,The Triumph, Mairi's Wedding, RAMC Rant, Highland Reel, The Dhoon, Le Papillon

	Friday 30 August Grand Ball in the square San Giorgio di Melpignano. After the Ball, dinner with tipical local food. Dance program Polonaise, Spanish Waltz, The Triumph, Elvira Quadrille, Mazurka in Patria, Victory Marsch, La Gazza Ladra Waltz, Nice to see you, Meyen Quadrille, Mazurka Love and Wine, Waltz à la Paganini, Galop

It is possible for the associated of the various circles of the Società di Danza participate in one or more events
even if you are not staying at Complesso delle Rose, registering their presence at the organizing Circolo by mid-July.

Commutes to event sites will be optimized taking into account those who do not move by themselves.
It is expected, as usual, for each event a contribution payable to the organizing Circolo.
To reach the Complesso delle Rose from Brindisi airport or from the railway station of Lecce contact in advance the Circolo Pugliese.
