Courses for adults and young people. Social dances are studied of 19th-century European tradition which include quadrilles, contradance, waltz, mazurka, polka, galop, marches, schottische, and Scottish country dances. The dances are studied according to the research and reconstruction work of Società di Dance.
Società di Dance is a cultural association, fundend in Bologna in 1991, that deals with the study, practice and diffusion of historical and 19th-century dances in particular. Since 2007 it has been a Federation present in several cities and to whom Società in Empoli joins, sharing its aims, and is linked to Società di Firenze.

Società di Danza organizes continuous courses, reconstructions of balls in several city in Italy and Europe, intensive stages and historical dance seminars, produces a series of books on history of dance in the 19th century and a series of educational material, collaborates with institutions and cultural associations and promotes historical research in the field of dance.

in collaboration with Società di Danza Firenze and other groups of Società di Danza:
